The first in a series of tutorials to help you prepare for university courses, The Australian University Of Technology (AUIT) has released an infographic with helpful tips for preparing for your exams.
Key points:The infographic details how to get your brain working and learn to relaxWhen it comes to preparing for exams, the first thing you need to do is learn to work out what your exam will be.
It’s not just about studying, it’s about relaxing and becoming a better studentThe aim is to learn how to relax and to learn to do your job effectively during your examPreparing for the exam, in general, involves a lot of mental work and can be a lot more challenging than just going to class.
If you’ve never done any work in your life before you’re bound to struggle with getting the hang of it.
The first thing is to work on your memory and mental clarity.
If you’re already struggling with memory and clarity, you’ll find yourself struggling a lot during the exam.
There’s also some extra mental work that’s needed to make sure that you don’t get distracted during the exams.
This mental work is what you need during exams, because it’s important to remember that the person conducting the exam is there to help with the learning process.
If your exam is to do with writing, for example, you’re going to need to be more creative with your writing than the person administering the exam may be.
If the person reviewing your work is a tutor, you might need to get a bit more creative.
But there’s also an important part to being prepared for exams.
The aim is for you to relax.
To relax, you need some help getting your brain functioning.
This is where the first tip in the infographic comes in.
It talks about how to use your imagination and your cognitive ability to help manage your anxiety, to get through a difficult exam.
So, you can relax during the tests.
But, there’s an important caveat: you can’t do this for too long.
You’ll need to work at it, and as you work, you will need to use a lot less of your brain than you did before.
You should also remember to think about your exam.
The first thing to do after the exam will most likely be to do some reading to refresh your memory.
You’ll need a lot in terms of information to make a successful exam.
You also need to focus on the skills that you need in your exam, such as how to write and what questions you need answers for.
Finally, you may want to look for some sort of exercise to help get you through the exam in a healthy way.
It should be noted that these are just tips for your exam preparation.
If this doesn’t sound right to you, you could still go about your exams in a more relaxed manner.
The infographic also provides you with a few tips for learning how to focus, which can be helpful for people who are struggling with anxiety, as well as those who are studying.
The University Of Canberra’s Faculty of Psychology and Health Sciences is currently working on a study into how stress can affect the brain and learning.
